Samsung is just a couple of weeks away from the launch of its super-slim Galaxy S25 Edge and we already know most of what there is to know, but now a new leak bares all with a full rundown of the Galaxy S25 Edge.
WinFuture has obtained imagery and spec sheets for the Galaxy S25 Edge, confirming just about every key detail about Samsung’s new phone.
As expected, the Edge measures in at 5.85mm, but the body is using some new materials. While the back panel uses Gorilla Glass Victus 2, the display is covered in Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 rather than the Gorilla Armor 2 found on S25 Ultra. The display itself is a 6.7-inch panel at 1440p. The device comes in Titanium Silver, Titanium Icyblue, and Titanium Jet Black colorways.
Under the hood, Galaxy S25 Edge has a Snapdragon 8 Elite, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB or 512GB of storage.
The main downside to the slim profile, it seems, is the battery, which remains at the same 3,900 mAh as has been previously rumored. That’s 1,000 mAh (20%) less than the Galaxy S25+. On the bright side, though, it weighs just 163g.
Rounding things out, the cameras are mentioned to include a 200MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 12MP front-facing camera.

Evan Blass (@evleaks) also recently posted a teaser (which Samsung has since forced the removal of) for the Galaxy S25 Edge launch event, confirming a May 13 date.

Notably, there’s some speculation floating around that Samsung is reverting to “Galaxy S25 Slim” branding for this device based on a slip on the company’s website. While anything’s possible, this seems highly unlikely as Samsung has already officially announced this branding, used it publicly on several occasions, referred to the device as “Edge” just days ago in its latest earnings call, and countless leaks have also sustained the “Edge” branding. It’s far more likely – almost a guarantee, we’d argue – that the reference to the device as “Slim” was a simple slip-up on Samsung’s part.
